To support your requirements, our injection molding machines range from 35 to 400 ton capacity and up to 35 ounce shot size. Our 24 hour, 7 day per week production capability, coupled with mold and machinery preventive maintenance programs, helps ensure production availability and on-time delivery.

Our injection molding equipment consists of:
  • (1) Newbury H75RS3, 75 ton clamp, 3 ounce shot capacity
  • (1) Milacron VV55, 55 ton clamp, 4.4 ounce shot capacity 
  • (1) Kawaguchi K-180-I, 180* ton clamp, 13 ounce shot capacity
  • (1) Kawaguchi KS-200, 200* ton clamp, 12 ounce shot capacity
  • (2) Kawaguchi JEKS-265, 265* ton clamp, 20 ounce shot capacity
  • (1) Kawaguchi K-265-I, 265* ton clamp, 24 ounce shot capacity
  • (1) Kawaguchi JEKS-365, 365* ton clamp, 35 ounce shot capacity
